Revolution Rides was started by myself, Mark, in April 2012. Prior to this, I enjoyed valeting my own cars, families and neighbour’s vehicles as a hobby. Following several redundancies in the I.T world, I decided to turn my hobby into a business. I had some flyers printed and delivered them door to door. This was in the days before social media advertising! Jobs were slow to begin with but soon increased through word of mouth from satisfied customers.
Over the years, the business has gone from strength to strength. I joined PVD, which is an association for professional valeters and detailers. I sourced and attended training courses to enhance my skills, enabling me to offer a wide variety of services.

Dent course at Dentix Power Maxed UK trained on their products Liquid Elements accreditation course Window tinting and vinyl wrapping at Tint School, Chester Coatings application and products at IGL coatings Detailing and wet sanding at UK Detailing Academy Premium Shield paint protection filmFor the first three years I worked mobile out of my van, then moved into a unit at Kelham Island in Sheffield. My dream was to always have a custom built detailing centre, which I have recently moved into after receiving notice the unit at Kelham Island has been sold for development. After several months of building works and fitting out, the company is now based at Amos road, just across from Meadowhall Shopping Centre,
